- Open GetMyMood on your device.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Choose the path that matches your situation. If you still have the app, delete it there. If you do not, request a confirmation link by email.
For privacy, we do not reveal whether an email address matches an account. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours and work once.

Enter the email on your GetMyMood account. If we find a matching account, we will send a confirmation link to that address.
